2014 Topps Heritage Minors eight pack recap

I tried to pick up a 'handful' of packs without seeming like I broke the bank - I have a hand collated set coming in, but loose packs allow me a chance to pull some inserts, pull extra cards of players and maybe a pesky short print I may need.
